My teenage son and I have been training with Cameron for 9 months. I was recovering from back surgery and was looking for a trainer that would help me get back into shape. Cameron created a program to help me to step by step get my confidence back. He
started me with working on my balance and stability and is now working on strength and muscle development. With his help I have gained confidence back in my physical abilities and enjoy working out in the gym. Additionally, my son plays competitive soccer, and Cameron has been working with him
on his strength, speed and agility. His physical strength and ability has improved. He also spends time coaching him on his mental attitude. He has done an
